Key Features

A stronger, cleaner way to mount gear to your Pioneer or LockNLoad platform.

These M8 stainless steel channel nuts are made for 4WD setups where things need to stay secure over rough tracks, corrugations, and long-distance touring. They’re a simple upgrade over standard Zwifloc-style hardware, giving you more strength and better reliability without overcomplicating the setup. Built for anyone running Rhino-Rack Pioneer 6, 5, 4 or Yakima LockNLoad platforms, they slot straight into the channel and work with your existing M8 mounting hardware.

Compared to plastic Zwiflocs, these are full 304 stainless steel with a larger contact area, helping spread load more evenly and hold firm when the tracks get rough. It’s a small change that makes a noticeable difference when you’re loading up gear and heading off-grid.
