We know when you’re ordering gear for a trip, build, or install, you want it fast - and you want clear expectations. Here’s how shipping works at 4x4LAB. 

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2PM AEST on business days are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays.

Shipping Rates

We offer:

  • Free express shipping on orders over $49 AUD

  • Orders under $49 are charged a $9.99 shipping fee but we send everything with Express Post for super fast delivery!

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed throughout the site and at checkout based on your postcode.

These estimates include:

  • Courier transit times

  • Business days only

  • Our dispatch cutoff times

Please note:

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed

  • Remote and regional areas may experience longer transit times

  • Courier delays can occasionally occur during peak periods or extreme weather events

Parcel Locker & Post Office Delivery

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, lost, or hasn’t updated tracking for an unusual amount of time, please contact us at hello@4x4lab.com.au and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping.

Delivery timeframes, duties, taxes, and import charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
