Key Features

Stable power for Starlink Mini, wherever you run it.

This is a DC-DC power booster built specifically for Starlink Mini setups in 4WDs, caravans, and off-grid systems. It’s for anyone who wants a clean, stable 30V supply without relying on adapters or makeshift wiring.

A heavy-duty Anderson-powered voltage booster that steps your input up to a regulated 30V output. Made for off-grid users, touring setups, and trade applications where reliability matters. Commonly used in 4WDs, canopies, roof racks, caravans, and mobile work setups.

  • Steps 12V or 24V input up to a stable 30V output, keeping Starlink Mini running as intended
  • Eliminates voltage drop issues that cause dropouts, reboots, and unstable performance
  • Uses a genuine heavy-duty Anderson connector for stronger, more reliable power delivery
  • Handles higher current loads without overheating or voltage sag under pressure
  • Built-in DC-DC regulation ensures consistent output even as battery voltage fluctuates
  • Designed for harsh environments like 4WDs, caravans, toolboxes, and engine bays
  • Heavy-duty copper wiring reduces resistance for cleaner, more efficient power transfer
  • Proper strain relief and durable construction to handle vibration and corrugated tracks
  • Plug-and-play setup with Anderson input and direct Starlink Mini connection
  • Available in multiple cable lengths to suit clean installs across different vehicle layouts
  • Integrated protection features help safeguard against over-current, heat, and short circuits
  • Purpose-built solution for Starlink Mini, delivering reliable performance without adapters or workarounds

Installation

Important, Read Before Use

This is a DC-DC power booster designed for Starlink Mini.

Performance depends on:

  • Stable input power from your 12V or 24V system
  • Correct connection to a suitable battery or power source
  • Proper cable length selection for your installation
  • A well-ventilated, dry, and secure mounting location for the booster unit

Always:

  • Connect the Anderson input plug directly to a reliable 12V or 24V power source
  • Ensure all connections are secure before powering on
  • Mount the booster in a location protected from excessive heat, water ingress, and vibration
  • Allow adequate airflow around the booster to prevent overheating
  • Use the correct cable length for your setup to minimise strain and maintain performance
  • Inspect cables, connectors, and housing regularly for wear or damage
  • Ensure the Starlink Mini output is connected correctly before powering the system

Important Notes:

  • This unit outputs a regulated 30V DC supply – do not modify or bypass the booster
  • Do not connect directly to unregulated 12V or 24V systems without the booster
  • Ensure polarity and connections are correct before use
  • This is designed for permanent or semi-permanent installations in vehicles, canopies, caravans, and off-grid setups
  • Not compatible with Starlink Gen 2, Gen 3, or Flat High Performance systems

For harsh off-road use, high-vibration environments, or extreme temperatures, ensure the unit is securely mounted and all connections are strain-relieved. Always install at your own risk and follow safe electrical practices.

Fitment & Use Notes

This is a DC-DC power booster designed specifically for Starlink Mini. Performance depends on:

  • Stable 12V or 24V DC input power supply
  • Correct Anderson connection and secure wiring
  • Proper installation with adequate ventilation and cable routing
  • Battery health, system load, and overall power setup

Always:

  • Verify input voltage is within 10–28V DC before use
  • Ensure correct polarity when connecting Anderson plugs
  • Install appropriate fusing on the input side
  • Fully seat all connectors before powering on
  • Disconnect power before installation or maintenance
  • Inspect cables and connectors regularly for wear or damage
    Do not:
  • Use with Starlink Mini
  • Exceed the rated input voltage range
  • Modify, extend, or splice output cables
  • Submerge or expose the unit to prolonged water ingress

For off-road, high-vibration, or harsh environments, ensure all connections are properly secured and the unit is mounted firmly in a well-ventilated location.

Best practice:

  • Keep cable runs as short as practical
  • Secure all wiring to prevent movement and vibration damage
  • Mount the unit in a dry, ventilated, and protected location
  • Use appropriate cable management and strain relief
