How to Install

1. Assemble the Enclosure – Position your Starlink Mini inside the stainless steel frame and fit the protective polycarbonate cover using the supplied assembly hardware.
2. Attach the Mounting Components – Fit the stainless steel mounting plates and supplied spacers according to the manufacturer's assembly arrangement.
3. Position on Your Roof Bars – Place the assembled mount flat across your compatible roof crossbars. Align the mounting slots with the appropriate attachment points.
4. Secure the Mount – Fasten the assembly using hardware suitable for your roof bar system. Check that the mount is correctly supported and all fasteners are tightened to the applicable manufacturer's specifications.

Important Installation Notes

• Check your roof bar dimensions, crossbar spacing and mounting points before purchasing.
• The supplied hardware includes straight threaded bolts, nuts, washers and spacers. U-bolts and T-slot mounting hardware have been been added but may be used alongside dependent on your rack type.
• Additional roof rack-specific fittings may be required, depending on your roof bar system.
• Check all fasteners before travelling and regularly during extended trips, particularly after driving on corrugated roads.
