Important: This kit is a DC power pass-through only. It does not convert, boost or regulate voltage. Ensure the connected power supply provides the correct voltage, polarity and sufficient power for your Starlink Mini.

Installation

Installation Difficulty: Moderate – requires drilling and basic DC wiring knowledge.

1. Select Mounting Location – Choose a suitable external wall or panel location with adequate clearance behind the surface for the recessed socket and internal cable.
2. Prepare Mounting Hole – Measure the socket housing and cut the required opening, ensuring the cable and connector can pass through safely.
3. Position the Wall Socket – Feed the integrated cable through the opening and position the mounting plate against the exterior surface.
4. Secure the Mounting Plate – Install the supplied foam sealing material and fix the plate using the included mounting screws. Apply suitable exterior sealant where required.
5. Connect Internal Power – Connect the internal DC cable to a compatible, correctly polarised Starlink Mini power supply.
6. Test the Connection – Connect your compatible external Starlink Mini power cable and verify correct operation.

Installation Note: Ensure all electrical connections are properly insulated, protected and rated for the intended power supply. Check polarity before connecting your Starlink Mini.

Fitment & Use Notes

• Designed for recessed installation into suitable caravan, camper trailer, motorhome and 4WD canopy panels.
• Requires sufficient internal clearance for the socket housing and attached cable.
• The protective cap should be fitted whenever the external connection is not in use.
• Use a suitable exterior sealant around the mounting surface to help prevent water ingress.
• The wall socket passes DC power through without changing the supplied voltage.
• A compatible power supply and external Starlink Mini power cable are required.
• Avoid locations exposed to standing water or prolonged submersion.
