What Does the Mini Access Point Do?

The Starlink Mini provides satellite internet wherever you travel, with its WiFi router built directly into the dish. However, when mounted outside your caravan or vehicle, walls, insulation and metal panels can weaken the WiFi signal reaching your devices inside.

The 4x4LAB Mini Access Point solves this problem by creating a dedicated WiFi network inside your vehicle.

Simply connect the access point to your Starlink Mini using a suitable Ethernet cable, plug it into a 12V power socket, and connect your phone, laptop, smart TV or other devices to its WiFi network.

Think of it as bringing your Starlink Mini's WiFi inside your caravan without having to move the dish.

The 4x4LAB Mini Access Point is designed for use with the Starlink Mini satellite internet system.

Important: The 4x4LAB Mini Access Point requires a Starlink Mini with an active internet service. It does not provide satellite internet independently.

The Starlink Mini and access point require separate power connections. An Ethernet data cable is also required to connect the two devices.

1. Position Your Starlink Mini – Mount your Starlink Mini on your vehicle's roof or place it outside with a clear view of the sky.
2. Install the Mini Access Point – Position the access point inside your caravan, camper or RV.
3. Connect to Your Starlink Mini – Run a suitable Ethernet data cable from your Starlink Mini to the access point.
4. Connect 12V Power – Plug the access point into a compatible 12V cigarette socket.
5. Enjoy Better WiFi – Connect your phone, laptop, TV and other devices to the access point's WiFi network for improved coverage inside your vehicle.

Important Information

• Requires an existing Starlink Mini with an active internet subscription.
• Requires a suitable Ethernet data cable to connect the Starlink Mini to the access point.
• The access point requires its own 12V power connection.
• This product improves local WiFi coverage but does not increase the satellite internet speed supplied by Starlink.
• Wireless speeds of up to 1800Mbps refer to the access point's theoretical combined WiFi capability, not Starlink internet download speeds.
• Starlink Mini and any required additional connection cables are sold separately.
